As a platform for trade and exchange in the hotel, commercial space design industry, and industrial chain, Hotel & Shop Plus has been deeply rooted for more than 30 years.
Every year, the exhibition focuses on exploring the essence of the industry in the fields of hotels, design, commerce, and real estate, and persistently cultivates and refines it. LIV Hospitality Design Awards
The LIV Hospitality Design Awards was established in 2020 to discover outstanding living and dining space projects. The award covers a wide range of projects from shared living spaces to vacation destinations, from high-end restaurants to snack shops, emphasizing the importance of architecture and interior design in enhancing the living experience.
The LIV Hotel Design Awards are organized by Three C Group in Switzerland, a leading organization that plans and promotes design globally. The 3C Awards encompass the LIT Lighting Design Award, SIT Furniture Design Award, BLT Architecture Design Award, and LIV Hospitality Design Awards, representing the diversity and innovation of design today. Every brand is a fusion of design excellence around the world, showcasing the works of professional and emerging designers to over 120 expert judges every year.

APDC AWARDS
APDC AWARDS is an international design competition initiated and hosted by APDC Asia Pacific Design Center, which has gone through fifteen sessions. The 2025 APDC International Design Competition Carnival will bring together over a thousand outstanding design agencies and designer representatives from various countries and regions around the world in the fields of architecture, interior, landscape, and products to attend the Hotel & Shop Plus Expo. The event aims to recognize outstanding designers who have climbed the world’s peak in the past year, discover new talents in multiple fields, and empower the sustainable development of the design industry. APDC Asia Pacific Interior Design Status and Future Trends Forum

APDC International Design Competition Dinner Gala

CREDAWARD
CREDAWARD was initiated by DJSER in 2014 and has been renowned for its authority, comprehensiveness and internationality. It attracts participants from nearly 30+ countries and regions, including domestic and international property owners, development companies, international design institutions, state-owned and private design agencies.?
The award invites top academic experts from both within China and abroad, as well as China’s top-tier urban developers with a background in architecture, to form its panel of judges. The award adheres to the evaluation criteria of “architectural aesthetics, environmental priority, user experience, and economic efficiency.” Over the past decade,?CREDAWARD has maintained its rigorous selection process, an open and transparent selection mode, and strict award mechanisms,?CREDAWARD is widely regarded in the industry as one of “the most credible awards” and has become the important way for project owners to find a quality design firm.
IM Sinoexpo has reached a strategic cooperation with CREDAWARD and launched the “Ten Years ” Gold and Silver Award presentation to gather strength for the Chinese design industry and help the development of the hotel and commercial space industry.
China Building Decoration BIM Conference
The China Building Decoration BIM Conference, initiated by the Industry and Information Technology Branch of the China Building Decoration Association, has been successfully held for five consecutive sessions since its inception. Its BIM competition have attracted enthusiastic participation from over a thousand units, covering many well-known enterprises and institutions in China’s construction industry.
In 2025, the Hotel & Shop Plus Shanghai reached a strategic cooperation with associations and conferences, where more than 500 experts, scholars, and representatives of architectural decoration enterprises from all over the country gathered.
